How to purchase

Make sure you have gone through the pictures and videos thoroughly enough before choosing your puppy.

  1. If you have any questions, please contact us via phone and email.

  2. There are two ways of purchasing: deposit or full purchase. The deposit amount is $1000 and you can tie the dog up for up to 10 days. After you settle the remaining balance, you will be taken to the full purchase step. (It will not be returned if any amount other than the deposit is not deposited within the period.)

  3. Delivery can take up to 3 ~ 4weeks.

  4. If you have any questions after receiving your puppy, please feel free to contact us at any time.

You can contact us or leave a message in the Q&A section if you are interested and have a question in our puppies.

If you found a process begins by security deposit for the puppies. After receiving the deposit, we will reserve the flight for the puppy, and then full payment is required before the puppy can be sent out. We accept Paypal or payment made to our official account.

Delivery process

Most of the time, 'Prime Teacup Puppies' is sending puppies from South Korea therefore puppies will be delivered via airplane. We can send puppies worldwide as long as the location has direct flights from South Korea. Shipping fee starts from $395 to North American region and other regions depends on the location. We also offer nanny service for the puppies as well.

Even though we will book for the specified date, it is not guaranteed until we get the details back from the booking agency.

 

As we arrange the flights, there maybe unforeseeable issues such as spaces that are either full or not accepted by the airline on specified dates.

Please check with your local customs and transportation airline for any fees related to the delivery of your puppy.

 

Such as documentation fees, and taxes, broker usage fees.

The cost of shipping paid to us only covers the flight and necessities to have the puppy delivered to the destination.

 

It does not cover any fees charged by the cargo or taxes/fees charged by the destination authorities.
